IE-SPYAD
This is a registry file that adds a long list of known advertisers,
marketers, and spyware pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet
Explorer. Once it is 'merged' into your registry, most direct marketers
and spyware pushers will not be able to resort to their usual tricks
(such as cookies, scripts, popups, and so on) in order to monitor
and track your behaviour while you surf the Net.
The files have been signed with with 4096/1024 DH/DSS PGP key.
